A friend (an accident victim), who was recently released from rehab, wrote how much he enjoyed the elliptical that I sold him. At discharge the doctor recommended that he continue to walk to build his endurance and strength. Local weather has been at or exceeded 90℉ for nearly two months making it very uncomfortable and unhealthy to be outside in the intense heat. He says the elliptical is so much fun and it does not put stress on his joints. To quote him: "It was one of the best purchases I every made." He is looking to be back at full strength by mid-fall.
